Call for nominations: IMBER Scientific Steering Committee
The Integrated Marine Biogeochemistry and Ecosystem Research (IMBER) project, a global research project of Future Earth, has announced that it is seeking nominees for its Scientific Steering Committee. The Committee is responsible for the "development, planning and implementation" of scientific research to better "understand, quantify and compare historic and present structure and functioning of linked ocean and human systems to predict options for securing or transitioning towards ocean sustainability."
IMBER is looking for nominees with experience in a range of fields, including marine sustainability science, marine policy and communications. The deadline for nominations is 23 May.
