Amelia Greiner Safi
Senior Research Associate
Amelia is an applied social scientist with a masters in communication, focusing on risk and science communication from Cornell University, and a PhD. in social and behavioural sciences from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She is currently a senior research associate in the Department of Communication at Cornell and faculty in their new Master of Public Health program that has a Planetary Health focus – attention to the interdependence of humans and ecosystems, especially the health consequences for people as ecosystems degrade.
