COP21 Side Event: Global Carbon Budget 2015 in the context of a 2°C pathway

The conference presents and evaluates the latest analysis of the Global Carbon Budget, and explores China’s pledge for 2030. We also present and discuss the constraints of delivering a 2°C world, and INDCs in the context of a limited carbon budget.
