Dr Joyce Mnesi Mdiniso is employed as the lecturer in the Department of Anthropology and Development Studies in the Faculty of Arts, University of Zululand. She holds the following qualifications: Ph.D. in Recreation and Tourism, MBA and Dip in Environmental Law. Her research interests are local economic development, local enterprises, ecotourism and environmental sustainability. She has organised Business Exhibition where students were showcasing their businesses and stakeholders from various organisations were part of the exhibition. Dr JM Mdiniso has reviewed a book chapter for IGI Global International Journal, articles for Journal of Development Studies, African Pharo Journal and Journal of African Education.
