Jurgen van der Heijden (PhD) works for AT Osborne, a Dutch consultancy. His work regards the integration of spatial development, climate adaptation, and energy transition. Integrating these results in extra benefits and less costs for both the planet and the economy. He looks at the business model behind this integration, and at financing this business. Also Jurgen looks at the governance of integrating activities. Often this governance takes place in a community, legally organized as a cooperative. He helped to establish dozens of cooperatives. As ancillary position, Jurgen is chairman of the Dutch Association of Care Cooperatives.
