Applications due: Amazon Summer School
The Amazon Summer School is an experiential learning program based in the heart of the Amazon Rainforest. This intense, 20-day training brings participants to Brazil to learn from local and international experts about global sustainability and biodiversity. Students will explore the life, history, and climate of this rainforest ecosystem while engaging with local communities in participatory sustainable development.
The Amazon Summer School, which is organized by the Sustainable Amazon Foundation, will run from July 12 to August 1, 2016. The program is open to all applicants 18 years-old and above who have started their university education.
