Eight early-career researcher fellows have been selected from 6 countries and regions for the Sustainability Research & Innovation Congress 2023 (SRI2023) Asia Spotlight Event (ASE) Fellows Program.

The expected roles of the Fellows are to participate in the diverse sessions planned for the SRI Asia Spotlight Event to be held online from 10-12 July, synthesize the insights and discussions from each session, and present them in the closing plenary of the ASE. Further, they will continue to collaborate with session organisers and speakers after the conference to develop a synthesis paper and contribute blog posts on the Future Earth website which will highlight the important themes they identify during the conference.
